Ingredients

  • Steak (bite-sized, seared)
  • Truffle Gouda cheese (shredded)
  • Pasta (rigatoni or penne)
  • Heavy cream
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Small onion
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until just al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear steak pieces until browned, then remove and rest.
  3. In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; simmer gently.
  5. Stir in truffle gouda until melted and smooth, then fold in pasta and steak.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish, top with mozzarella and extra gouda.
  7. Bake uncovered until golden, bubbly, and lightly browned; finish with parsley.
