Ingredients
- Steak (bite-sized, seared)
- Truffle Gouda cheese (shredded)
- Pasta (rigatoni or penne)
- Heavy cream
- Mozzarella cheese
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Small onion
- Fresh parsley
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water until just al dente; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear steak pieces until browned, then remove and rest.
- In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; simmer gently.
- Stir in truffle gouda until melted and smooth, then fold in pasta and steak.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with mozzarella and extra gouda.
- Bake uncovered until golden, bubbly, and lightly browned; finish with parsley.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
