Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crumbled strawberry cake with softened cream cheese until smooth and moldable.
- Wash and pat dry strawberries completely.
- Scoop cake mixture, flatten slightly, and wrap around each strawberry to form a smooth ball.
- Chill the truffles in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
- Melt pink candy melts with a small amount of shortening for smooth dipping.
- Dip each truffle, coating evenly, and top with colorful sprinkles.
- Let set on parchment paper, then chill until firm and ready to serve.
