Instructions

- Beat eggs and sugar until pale and thick, then gently fold in flour, milk, and vanilla.
- Pour batter over the decorated parchment and smooth evenly.
- Bake 10–12 minutes, then remove and cool slightly.
- Spread whipped cream and diced strawberries over the cake, then roll tightly from one end.
- Chill 1 hour before slicing for perfect swirls.
