Cool, creamy no-bake dessert cups layered with strawberry cheesecake and irresistible crunch.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz whipped topping (or whipped cream)
  • 1 package strawberry gelatin powder
  • 1 ½ cups golden sandwich cookies (crushed)
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • Fresh strawberries (for topping)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter to form the crunchy base.
  2. Press a layer of cookie crunch into the bottom of clear dessert cups.
  3. Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped topping and strawberry gelatin powder for a pink cheesecake filling.
  5. Spoon cheesecake layer over the crunch base.
  6. Add a strawberry sauce or crushed strawberry layer if desired, then repeat layers.
  7. Chill until set, then top with whipped cream, extra crunch, and a strawberry slice.
