Instructions
- Peel and cut potatoes into chunks; boil in salted water until very tender.
- Drain well, allowing steam to escape so potatoes stay fluffy.
- Warm butter and heavy cream together in a small pot.
- Mash potatoes using a ricer or masher, then slowly fold in the warm cream mixture.
- Add salt and white pepper to taste; stir until silky and smooth.
- Swirl into a serving bowl and top with a generous pat of butter.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
