Ingredients

  • Chicken breast or thighs (bite-size pieces)
  • Fresh green beans (or snow peas)
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Garlic & fresh ginger
  • Soy sauce or tamari
  • Olive oil or neutral oil
  • Red chili peppers or chili flakes
  • Black pepper
  • Cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • Green onions or cilantro (garnish)
  • Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a hot skillet or wok; sear chicken until browned and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, stir-fry green beans until blistered and tender-crisp.
  5. Add garlic, ginger, and chili; sauté briefly until fragrant.
  6. Return chicken to the pan; stir in sweet chili sauce and soy sauce.
  7. Toss until glossy and coated; serve immediately over rice or noodles.
