Instructions
- Slice steak thinly against the grain; pat dry.
- Heat a skillet or wok over high heat with sesame oil.
- Sear steak quickly until browned; remove and set aside.
- Stir-fry onions and bell peppers until just tender-crisp.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return steak to pan; pour in teriyaki sauce and toss to coat.
- Simmer briefly until glossy and thickened; finish with sesame seeds.
