Description
Fall-apart ribs coated in a sticky, sweet-heat Thai glaze with a glossy restaurant-style finish.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs
- Sweet chili sauce
- Soy sauce
- Honey
- Garlic, minced
- Fresh ginger, grated
- Lime juice
- Fish sauce
- Chili flakes
- Cilantro & sliced red chilies (garnish)
Instructions
- Season ribs lightly and wrap tightly in foil.
- Bake low and slow for 2–2½ hours until tender.
- Simmer sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, lime juice, and fish sauce.
- Unwrap ribs and brush generously with glaze.
- Broil or grill for 5–8 minutes, flipping and glazing until sticky and caramelized.
- Rest briefly, then garnish with chilies and cilantro.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add more chili flakes to the glaze.
- Ensure ribs are well-wrapped to retain moisture during baking.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the ribs.
