Description

Fall-apart ribs coated in a sticky, sweet-heat Thai glaze with a glossy restaurant-style finish.


Ingredients

  • Pork ribs
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Honey
  • Garlic, minced
  • Fresh ginger, grated
  • Lime juice
  • Fish sauce
  • Chili flakes
  • Cilantro & sliced red chilies (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season ribs lightly and wrap tightly in foil.
  2. Bake low and slow for 2–2½ hours until tender.
  3. Simmer sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, lime juice, and fish sauce.
  4. Unwrap ribs and brush generously with glaze.
  5. Broil or grill for 5–8 minutes, flipping and glazing until sticky and caramelized.
  6. Rest briefly, then garnish with chilies and cilantro.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add more chili flakes to the glaze.
  • Ensure ribs are well-wrapped to retain moisture during baking.
