- 1 cup caramel sauce (for drizzle)
- 2 cups vanilla buttercream frosting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; add eggs and vanilla.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt; alternate adding dry mix and milk to the batter.
- Fold in half of the toffee bits, then spoon batter into liners about ¾ full.
- Bake 18–20 minutes or until golden; cool completely on a rack.
- Pipe swirls of buttercream on each cupcake.
- Sprinkle remaining toffee bits and drizzle generously with caramel sauce.
