Description

Toffee Crunch Cupcakes – Buttery Bliss are divine soft vanilla cupcakes crowned with silky buttercream, drizzled in caramel, and sprinkled with irresistible toffee crunch.


Ingredients

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter (softened)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup toffee bits or crushed Heath bars
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (for drizzle)
  • 2 cups vanilla buttercream frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt; alternate adding dry mix and milk to the batter.
  4. Fold in half of the toffee bits, then spoon batter into liners about ¾ full.
  5. Bake 18–20 minutes or until golden; cool completely on a rack.
  6. Pipe swirls of buttercream on each cupcake.
  7. Sprinkle remaining toffee bits and drizzle generously with caramel sauce.
