- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour blend
- 3 eggs

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate (for frosting)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a 9-inch square pan.
- In a bowl, whisk mashed bananas, melted butter, sugars, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt just until combined.
- Pour into pan and bake 30–35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- Heat heavy cream until steaming, pour over chopped chocolate, and stir until smooth and glossy. Let thicken slightly.
- Spread chocolate frosting over cooled cake. Top with banana slices, a dollop of whipped cream, and chopped walnuts before serving.

- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate for the frosting.
