Ingredients
- Frozen beef meatballs
- Heavy cream
- Smoked paprika
- Fresh dill
- Butter
- Onion, finely minced
- Garlic
- Beef broth
- Dijon mustard
- Soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & black pepper
- Panko breadcrumbs (optional for topping or thickening)
Instructions
- Bake or pan-sear frozen meatballs until golden and heated through; set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onion until soft; add garlic briefly.
- Sprinkle in smoked paprika and stir until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and cream; simmer gently until slightly thickened.
- Stir in mustard, soy sauce, salt, and pepper; adjust seasoning.
- Add meatballs back to the sauce and simmer until coated and tender.
- Finish with plenty of chopped dill and serve hot.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, add panko breadcrumbs.
- Adjust the amount of smoked paprika to taste.
- Fresh dill can be substituted with dried dill if necessary.
