Instructions
- Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy, then beat in molasses and egg.
- Mix flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves; add to wet mixture to form dough.
- Roll dough into balls, coat in sugar, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake 9–11 minutes until edges set but centers stay soft; cool completely.
- Melt white chocolate until smooth.
- Dip each cooled cookie halfway and place on parchment paper.
- Add sprinkles or drizzle extra white chocolate, then let set.
