Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into a springform pan base.
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy, then add condensed milk, lemon juice, lime juice, and zest until smooth.
- Pour mixture over crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool to room temperature, then chill for at least 4 hours.
- Top with whipped cream swirls, citrus slices, and extra zest.
- Slice and serve cold for a refreshing, creamy finish.
