Description

Savory noodles tossed with tender beef, crisp broccoli, and a glossy garlic-soy sauce — fast and flavor-packed.

Ingredients

  • Flank steak, thinly sliced
  • Lo mein or spaghetti noodles
  • Broccoli florets
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic, minced
  • Brown sugar
  • Sesame oil
  • Cornstarch
  • Ginger (optional for extra aroma)

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles until just tender, drain, and toss with a drizzle of sesame oil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and cornstarch with a splash of water; set aside.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a wok and stir-fry beef slices until browned; remove and set aside.
  4. Add broccoli and a bit of water, stir-frying until just tender-crisp.
  5. Return beef and noodles to the pan, pour in the sauce, and toss everything together.
  6. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the noodles evenly.
  7. Serve hot, with a sprinkle of sesame seeds if desired.

Notes
