- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Prepare sugar cookie dough and chill briefly for easier handling.
- Scoop dough, flatten slightly, and bake at 350°F (175°C) until just set and lightly golden. Cool completely.
- Pipe or spoon vanilla custard onto the bottom of half the cookies.
- Top with remaining cookies to form filled sandwich cookies.
- Heat heavy cream and pour over chopped chocolate to make ganache.
- Spoon or drizzle ganache over the tops of the cookies.
- Let set until ganache firms before serving.
