Festive red-and-white boozy gummies topped with crushed peppermint and fresh mint.
Ingredients

- ½ cup Fireball whiskey
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup water (divided for 2 layers)
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk (for the white layer)
- Crushed candy canes (for topping)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Red Layer: In a saucepan, mix ½ cup water, sugar, and gelatin. Heat gently until dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in Fireball.
- Pour into a square silicone mold or lined dish. Chill until partially set (about 20 minutes).
- White Layer: Heat ½ cup water with gelatin; stir in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Pour white layer over the red layer; chill fully until firm.
- Cut into cubes or unmold shapes.
- Add crushed candy cane pieces on top.
- Garnish with small mint leaves and serve chilled.
Notes
- Chill until set for best texture.
- Adjust the amount of Fireball whiskey to taste.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
