- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- ½ cup chopped chocolate bars (plus more for topping)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham crackers and melted butter, press into a parchment-lined baking pan to form the crust.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in chopped chocolate bars and pour over the crust.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until set in the center. Cool completely.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and chill for at least 3 hours.
- Cut into neat squares, pipe whipped cream swirls on top.
- Garnish each square with a chocolate bar piece and a final caramel drizzle.
