Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ½ cup chopped chocolate bars (plus more for topping)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham crackers and melted butter, press into a parchment-lined baking pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
