- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in cooked chicken, mozzarella, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly coated.
- Spoon the filling into tortillas and roll tightly.
- Heat a clean skillet or grill pan over medium heat and toast each wrap 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Slice in half and serve warm with extra melted cheese drizzled on top if desired.
- Garnish with parsley for a fresh touch.
