Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2025 pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ cup pizza or marinara sauce (plus more for dipping)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough, spreading sauce down the center lengthwise.
  3. Layer mozzarella and pepperoni over the sauce.
  4. Cut diagonal strips along both sides of the dough, then braid strips over the filling.
  5. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan on top.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm with marinara for dipping.
