- 1 lb ground sausage or beef
- 3 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- 12 pepperoni slices
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned; drain excess grease.
- Arrange tater tots evenly in the dish and bake for 20 minutes until lightly crisp.
- Spread pizza sauce over the tots, followed by cooked sausage and mozzarella cheese.
- Top with pepperoni slices, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for another 15–20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot — pizza night just got cozier!
Notes
- For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeños.
- Feel free to substitute the sausage with turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
