Description

Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh spinach
  • Marinara sauce
  • Italian seasoning
  • Garlic
  • Egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley or basil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly onto parchment paper into a rectangle.
  3. Layer fresh spinach and shredded mozzarella evenly over the meat.
  4. Carefully roll into a tight log, sealing edges well.
  5. Place seam-side down in a baking dish, top with marinara sauce.
  6. Bake for 45–55 minutes; add extra mozzarella on top during the last 10 minutes until melted and golden.
  7. Rest before slicing and garnish with herbs.
