Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto parchment paper into a rectangle.
- Layer fresh spinach and shredded mozzarella evenly over the meat.
- Carefully roll into a tight log, sealing edges well.
- Place seam-side down in a baking dish, top with marinara sauce.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes; add extra mozzarella on top during the last 10 minutes until melted and golden.
