Description

Crispy garlic bread loaded with creamy Alfredo chicken and melted cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 4 hoagie buns or sub rolls
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Parsley or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Slice hoagie rolls lengthwise and hollow slightly to create “bread boats.”
  2. Mix melted butter with minced garlic; brush inside each roll and toast for 3–4 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  4. Stuff each toasted roll generously with the creamy chicken mixture.
  5. Top with extra mozzarella or Parmesan.
  6. Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 10–12 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot, super cheesy and creamy.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the chicken mixture.
  • Serve immediately for the best texture.
