Crispy garlic bread loaded with creamy Alfredo chicken and melted cheese.

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 4 hoagie buns or sub rolls
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Parsley or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Slice hoagie rolls lengthwise and hollow slightly to create “bread boats.”
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic; brush inside each roll and toast for 3–4 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Stuff each toasted roll generously with the creamy chicken mixture.
- Top with extra mozzarella or Parmesan.
- Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 10–12 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot, super cheesy and creamy.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the chicken mixture.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
