- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp butter
- Fresh strawberries for topping
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare and cool the chocolate cake in a rectangular pan.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half the cream filling over the cake, add another thin layer of cake crumbs or chocolate shavings, then top with remaining cream.
- Melt chocolate chips and butter together to make a smooth ganache.
- Pour ganache over the top and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with strawberries and chocolate curls before serving.
