Ingredients

- 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies (Oreo or similar)
- ½ cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips (for ganache)
- ½ cup chopped peanuts (for garnish)
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter, press into a lined pan to form the crust. Chill.
- Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Whip 1 cup of heavy cream to stiff peaks, fold into peanut butter mixture. Spread over crust.
- Melt chocolate chips with ½ cup heavy cream, whisk until smooth and glossy for ganache.
- Spread ganache over the peanut butter layer evenly.
- Chill for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Slice into bars and garnish with chopped peanuts and mini chocolate chips.
