Description

Decadent no-bake bars with a chocolate cookie crust, creamy peanut butter layer, and silky chocolate ganache.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies (Oreo or similar)
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (for ganache)
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts (for garnish)
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter, press into a lined pan to form the crust. Chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Whip 1 cup of heavy cream to stiff peaks, fold into peanut butter mixture. Spread over crust.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with ½ cup heavy cream, whisk until smooth and glossy for ganache.
  5. Spread ganache over the peanut butter layer evenly.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours until firm.
  7. Slice into bars and garnish with chopped peanuts and mini chocolate chips.
