Ingredients

  • 8 oz Penne pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil or butter
  • 1 Onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika or chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté onion until soft.
  3. Add garlic and cook briefly, then brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  4. Stir in tomato paste and seasoning; cook 1–2 minutes to deepen flavor.
  5. Pour in beef broth and cream; simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Add pasta and Parmesan, tossing until creamy and well coated.
  7. Finish with parsley and extra pepper; serve hot.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add more paprika or chili flakes.
  • Feel free to substitute ground beef with ground turkey for a lighter option.
