Instructions
- Cook bacon in a pot until crispy; remove and set aside, leaving drippings.
- Add butter to the pot, then sauté diced onion until soft; stir in garlic.
- Pour in chicken broth and milk; bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add gnocchi and cook until tender and floating.
- Stir in heavy cream and shredded cheddar until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Top with crispy bacon and herbs before serving.
