Instructions
- Cook macaroni just until al dente; drain and set aside.

- Slowly pour in heavy cream, whisking until smooth; stir in cheddar until melted.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Combine the sauce and macaroni, then pour into a baking dish.
- Top with panko and extra cheese, bake until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with toasted baguette slices.
