Description

Creamy Baked Spaghetti Alfredo Stack is a must-try comfort food dish featuring layers of cheesy baked spaghetti in a rich Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
  • Fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted water until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Let sauce cool slightly, then whisk in eggs to help the bake set firmly.
  5. Toss spaghetti thoroughly with the cream sauce and half of the mozzarella.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish, pressing gently to compact. Top with remaining mozzarella.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing into thick stacks. Garnish with parsley and extra pepper.

  • For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
