Description

A classic, cozy bake with tender chicken, twirly spaghetti, and a bubbly blanket of cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 8 oz Spaghetti
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup (or creamy base)
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese (cheddar or blend)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Milk or cream
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted water until just al dente; drain.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft and fragrant.
  3. Stir in cream base, broth, and milk; warm until smooth.
  4. Fold in shredded chicken and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Combine sauce with spaghetti and half the shredded cheese.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese and Parmesan.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) until bubbly and golden on top; rest briefly before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • Can substitute chicken with turkey or a vegetarian option.
