Description

A bold, tangy, ultra-creamy cold pasta salad packed with pickles, cheddar, and fresh dill.


Ingredients

  • Rotini pasta
  • Dill pickles
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Pickle juice
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sour cream
  • Fresh dill
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Optional: diced onion or celery

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta until al dente; drain and cool completely.
  2. Chop dill pickles and cube cheddar cheese.
  3. In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add cooled pasta to a large bowl.
  5. Fold in pickles and cheddar.
  6. Pour dressing over pasta and gently toss until fully coated.
  7. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
