Ingredients
- Rotini pasta
- Dill pickles
- Cheddar cheese
- Pickle juice
- Mayonnaise
- Sour cream
- Fresh dill
- Salt & black pepper
- Optional: diced onion or celery
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta until al dente; drain and cool completely.
- Chop dill pickles and cube cheddar cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add cooled pasta to a large bowl.
- Fold in pickles and cheddar.
- Pour dressing over pasta and gently toss until fully coated.
- Chill at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

- For a crunchier texture, add diced onion or celery.
