Juicy, golden-browned chicken meatballs smothered in creamy garlic sauce and served alongside buttery Alfredo pasta.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground chicken
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 8 oz Spaghetti or fettuccine
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper; form into meatballs.
- Sear meatballs in butter over medium heat until browned on all sides; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add more butter and garlic, then pour in heavy cream and extra Parmesan to make the sauce.
- Return meatballs to the pan and simmer until fully cooked and sauce thickens.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta until al dente; toss with Alfredo sauce or some of the garlic cream.
- Serve meatballs beside or over pasta, spooning sauce generously on top.
- Garnish with parsley and extra cheese before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use ground turkey instead of chicken.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or broccoli to the pasta.
- Adjust garlic according to your taste preference.
