Description

Juicy, golden-browned chicken meatballs smothered in creamy garlic sauce and served alongside buttery Alfredo pasta.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 8 oz Spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper; form into meatballs.
  2. Sear meatballs in butter over medium heat until browned on all sides; remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add more butter and garlic, then pour in heavy cream and extra Parmesan to make the sauce.
  4. Return meatballs to the pan and simmer until fully cooked and sauce thickens.
  5. Meanwhile, cook pasta until al dente; toss with Alfredo sauce or some of the garlic cream.
  6. Serve meatballs beside or over pasta, spooning sauce generously on top.
  7. Garnish with parsley and extra cheese before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use ground turkey instead of chicken.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or broccoli to the pasta.
  • Adjust garlic according to your taste preference.
