- 2 cups Cooked chicken
- 2 cups Sweet corn kernels
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pot over medium heat; sauté onion until soft.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in sweet corn and cooked chicken; simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and gently heat until thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Finish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For a thicker chowder, let it simmer longer.
- Can substitute fresh corn with frozen corn if needed.
- Garnish with additional parsley for presentation.
