- 4 oz Feta cheese
- 1 Lemon (zest + juice)
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley or basil
- Black pepper to taste
- Red chili flakes (optional)
- Reserved pasta water
Instructions
- Cook pasta in well-salted water until al dente; reserve 1 cup pasta water.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and gently sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Lower heat and stir in cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Crumble feta into the sauce, stirring until partially melted and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta with a splash of pasta water to loosen the sauce.
- Toss until glossy and well coated; adjust seasoning with pepper and chili flakes.
- Finish with Parmesan and fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add more red chili flakes.
- Fresh herbs can be substituted based on preference.
- Ensure to reserve enough pasta water to achieve desired sauce consistency.
