Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta (linguine or spaghetti)
  • 4 oz Feta cheese
  • 1 Lemon (zest + juice)
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley or basil
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Red chili flakes (optional)
  • Reserved pasta water

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in well-salted water until al dente; reserve 1 cup pasta water.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and gently sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Lower heat and stir in cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  4. Crumble feta into the sauce, stirring until partially melted and creamy.
  5. Add cooked pasta with a splash of pasta water to loosen the sauce.
  6. Toss until glossy and well coated; adjust seasoning with pepper and chili flakes.
  7. Finish with Parmesan and fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add more red chili flakes.
  • Fresh herbs can be substituted based on preference.
