  • Pasta cooking water
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  2. Sauté mushrooms in olive oil and butter until golden and moisture evaporates.
  3. Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.

  5. Add a splash of pasta water to loosen the sauce.
  6. Toss in pasta and Parmesan, coating evenly.
  7. Season to taste, finish with parsley, and serve hot.
