Description

Crispy Cheesy Mashed Potato Patties are golden on the outside and irresistibly gooey inside — the perfect way to use up leftover mashed potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter or oil for frying

Instructions
