Ingredients
- Chocolate cookie dough

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin. Press chocolate cookie dough into each cup, forming a shell up the sides.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until slightly set but still soft in the center. Gently press down centers with a spoon to maintain a cup shape. Cool slightly.
- Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Fold in finely crushed Oreo crumbs.
- Spoon cheesecake filling into each cookie cup, filling nearly to the top.
- Press a whole Oreo cookie gently into the center of each cup.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheesecake is set but slightly soft in the middle.
- Cool completely before removing from pan for clean slices and creamy texture.
