- Pizza dough
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 lb Ground sausage or beef
- 1 cup Pepperoni slices
- 1 cup Pizza sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Parmesan cheese and parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a deep round baking pan.
- Press pizza dough along the bottom and up the sides of the pan.
- Spread a layer of pizza sauce, then add mozzarella cheese, cooked sausage, and pepperoni slices.
- Add another layer of dough and repeat with more sauce, cheese, and toppings.
- Brush the top with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Let rest before slicing; garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the sausage and pepperoni.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables as toppings.
- Letting the pizza rest helps the layers set for easier slicing.
