Description

A gooey, cheesy delight featuring layers of pepperoni, sausage, and sauce baked inside a thick, golden crust.


Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 lb Ground sausage or beef
  • 1 cup Pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Parmesan cheese and parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a deep round baking pan.
  2. Press pizza dough along the bottom and up the sides of the pan.
  3. Spread a layer of pizza sauce, then add mozzarella cheese, cooked sausage, and pepperoni slices.
  4. Add another layer of dough and repeat with more sauce, cheese, and toppings.
  5. Brush the top with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  7. Let rest before slicing; garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the sausage and pepperoni.
  • Feel free to add your favorite vegetables as toppings.
