- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Paprika or chili powder (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic; season well.
- Stir in corn, cream soup, and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
- Spread beef mixture evenly into the baking dish.
- Sprinkle generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Arrange tater tots evenly across the top.
- Bake until bubbly and golden; garnish and serve hot.
