Description

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can Canned corn (drained)
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika or chili powder (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
  2. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic; season well.
  3. Stir in corn, cream soup, and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread beef mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Arrange tater tots evenly across the top.
  7. Bake until bubbly and golden; garnish and serve hot.
