Instructions
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix in cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chunks and chopped caramel pieces.
- Scoop large dough balls onto a lined baking sheet, spacing apart.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Drizzle warm cookies with caramel sauce and sprinkle generously with flaky sea salt before cooling.
