Ingredients

- 1 lb Sirloin or ribeye steak (cut into cubes)
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp Paprika or steak seasoning
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
- Optional: red pepper flakes (to taste)
Instructions
- Pat steak bites dry and season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat until very hot.
- Add steak bites in a single layer and sear quickly until browned.
- Flip and cook briefly to desired doneness; remove steak from pan.
- Lower heat and add butter and garlic to the skillet.
- Return steak bites and toss until coated in garlic butter.
- Finish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of Worcestershire sauce.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or over rice for a complete meal.
