Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Sirloin or ribeye steak (cut into cubes)
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Paprika or steak seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Optional: red pepper flakes (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Pat steak bites dry and season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat until very hot.
  3. Add steak bites in a single layer and sear quickly until browned.
  4. Flip and cook briefly to desired doneness; remove steak from pan.
  5. Lower heat and add butter and garlic to the skillet.
  6. Return steak bites and toss until coated in garlic butter.
  7. Finish with parsley and serve immediately.
