Description

Flaky lemon-garlic tilapia paired with caramelized root vegetables for a clean, comforting dinner plate.


Ingredients

  • 23 Tilapia fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Sweet potato
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried herbs (thyme or Italian seasoning)
  • Asparagus (optional side)
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Toss sweet potatoes and carrots with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs; roast until golden and tender.
  2. Season tilapia lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet; add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Pan-sear tilapia until golden and flaky, basting with garlic butter.
  5. Finish fish with fresh lemon juice.
  6. Steam asparagus until bright green and tender-crisp (optional).
  7. Plate tilapia with roasted veggies and garnish with fresh herbs.
