  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  2. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute, then slowly whisk in chicken stock and cream.
  3. Add mustard, thyme, salt, and pepper; simmer until thick.
  4. Fold in shredded chicken and herbs; cool slightly.
  5. Spoon filling into a pie dish and cover with puff pastry, sealing edges.
  6. Brush with egg wash and score the top.
