Delicious no-bake Grinch Christmas Truffles made with Oreos and cream cheese, coated in festive green chocolate and topped with a red heart.

- 1 package Oreos (regular)
- 8 oz whipped cream cheese
- 1 package vanilla almond bark
- Green food coloring
- Red heart sprinkles
- Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: 1 tbsp coconut oil for smoother dipping
Instructions
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs, then mix with whipped cream cheese until a smooth dough forms.
- Roll into small truffle balls and freeze for 15–20 minutes to firm.
- Melt vanilla almond bark and tint with green food coloring until Grinch-bright.
- Dip each chilled truffle fully into the green coating, letting excess drip off.
- Place on parchment and immediately add one red heart sprinkle.
- Chill until set and glossy.
- Store refrigerated and serve cold or at room temperature.
Notes
- For a smoother coating, add coconut oil to the melted almond bark.
- Truffles can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
