Description

Juicy, caramelized steak bites paired with golden roasted potatoes in a sticky-sweet honey garlic glaze.


Ingredients

  • Sirloin steak, cut into cubes
  • Baby potatoes, diced
  • Honey
  • Garlic, minced
  • Soy sauce
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper & salt
  • Crushed red pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast for 25–30 minutes until golden.
  2. Meanwhile, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and a pinch of pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear steak cubes until browned on all sides.
  4. Pour honey garlic sauce into the pan and simmer 2–3 minutes until thick and glossy.
  5. Remove potatoes from the oven and toss with a bit of olive oil and herbs if desired.
  6. Serve steak bites and potatoes side by side, drizzled with extra glaze.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped parsley for a perfect finish.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add herbs to the roasted potatoes.
  • Adjust the amount of crushed red pepper based on your spice preference.
