Ingredients
- Sirloin steak, cut into cubes
- Baby potatoes, diced
- Honey
- Garlic, minced
- Soy sauce
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Black pepper & salt
- Crushed red pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast for 25–30 minutes until golden.
- Meanwhile, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and a pinch of pepper in a small bowl.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear steak cubes until browned on all sides.
- Pour honey garlic sauce into the pan and simmer 2–3 minutes until thick and glossy.
- Remove potatoes from the oven and toss with a bit of olive oil and herbs if desired.
- Serve steak bites and potatoes side by side, drizzled with extra glaze.
- Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped parsley for a perfect finish.

- For extra flavor, add herbs to the roasted potatoes.
- Adjust the amount of crushed red pepper based on your spice preference.
