Description

Creamy, cheesy Alfredo pasta packed with beef, crispy bacon, and melty goodness in every bite.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz Rigatoni or penne pasta
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 6 slices Bacon (crispy cooked)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook diced bacon until crispy; remove and set aside. In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic, then brown ground beef. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir Alfredo sauce into the cooked beef mixture and simmer 3–4 minutes until creamy.
  4. Combine pasta, beef Alfredo mixture, and half the bacon. Mix well.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish, top with mozzarella, cheddar, and remaining bacon.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving for perfect cheesy scoops.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
  • Feel free to substitute the pasta with your favorite type.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley for added flavor and color.
