Creamy, cheesy Alfredo pasta packed with beef, crispy bacon, and melty goodness in every bite.
Ingredients

- 12 oz Rigatoni or penne pasta
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 6 slices Bacon (crispy cooked)
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 Onion (diced)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook diced bacon until crispy; remove and set aside. In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic, then brown ground beef. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir Alfredo sauce into the cooked beef mixture and simmer 3–4 minutes until creamy.
- Combine pasta, beef Alfredo mixture, and half the bacon. Mix well.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with mozzarella, cheddar, and remaining bacon.
- Bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving for perfect cheesy scoops.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
- Feel free to substitute the pasta with your favorite type.
- Garnish with fresh parsley for added flavor and color.
