Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup finely chopped sautéed onions
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup crispy fried onions (crushed)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Mix in sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold in sautéed onions and shredded mozzarella until evenly combined.
  5. Spread mixture into baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Bake 18–22 minutes until hot and bubbly around the edges.
  7. Top with crushed crispy fried onions and parsley before serving warm with chips.
