- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup finely chopped sautéed onions
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ½ cup crispy fried onions (crushed)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Mix in sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in sautéed onions and shredded mozzarella until evenly combined.
- Spread mixture into baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until hot and bubbly around the edges.
- Top with crushed crispy fried onions and parsley before serving warm with chips.

- Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables for dipping.
