Ingredients

  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar
  • 2 cups Tortilla chips
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 Red onion
  • 1 Avocado or Guacamole
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1/4 cup Creamy chipotle or ranch drizzle

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet; add taco seasoning and a splash of water, simmer 2–3 minutes.
  2. Build the base: chop romaine and place into bowls.
  3. Add toppings: black beans, corn, tomatoes, red onion, and crushed tortilla chips.
  4. Spoon warm taco meat in the center.
  5. Add shredded cheddar, guacamole, and a dollop of sour cream.
  6. Drizzle with salsa or chipotle-ranch.
  7. Finish with lime juice and cilantro; serve immediately for maximum crunch.
