- 1 lb Ground beef
- 4 cups Romaine lettuce
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar
- 2 cups Tortilla chips
- 1 can Black beans
- 1 cup Corn
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 Red onion
- 1 Avocado or Guacamole
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 1/2 cup Salsa
- 1/4 cup Creamy chipotle or ranch drizzle
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet; add taco seasoning and a splash of water, simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Build the base: chop romaine and place into bowls.
- Add toppings: black beans, corn, tomatoes, red onion, and crushed tortilla chips.
- Spoon warm taco meat in the center.
- Add shredded cheddar, guacamole, and a dollop of sour cream.
- Drizzle with salsa or chipotle-ranch.
- Finish with lime juice and cilantro; serve immediately for maximum crunch.
