- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (sharp cheddar or blend)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 20 pretzel sticks
- Optional: chives, paprika, dried cranberries
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, mayo, onion powder, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Stir in chopped parsley (and chives if using).
- Scoop small portions and roll into mini cheese balls.
- Place chopped pecans in a shallow dish and roll each ball to fully coat.
- Chill 20–30 minutes to firm up.
- Insert a pretzel stick into the center of each cheese ball right before serving.
- Garnish with extra parsley or a sprinkle of paprika for color.

- For a spicier kick, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper.
