Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (sharp cheddar or blend)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 20 pretzel sticks
  • Optional: chives, paprika, dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, mayo, onion powder, and garlic powder until smooth.
  2. Stir in chopped parsley (and chives if using).
  3. Scoop small portions and roll into mini cheese balls.
  4. Place chopped pecans in a shallow dish and roll each ball to fully coat.
  5. Chill 20–30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Insert a pretzel stick into the center of each cheese ball right before serving.
  7. Garnish with extra parsley or a sprinkle of paprika for color.
