Description

Delicious no-bake chocolate chip cookie dough bars coated in creamy milk chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour (heat-treated)
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups melted milk chocolate (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Heat-treat flour in the oven at 350°F for 5 minutes to make it safe to eat, then cool.
  2. Beat butter and brown sugar until creamy, then mix in milk, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Stir in flour gradually until a soft dough forms, then fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Press dough evenly into a parchment-lined baking pan and freeze for 20 minutes.
  5. Cut into bars and dip each in melted milk chocolate until fully coated.
  6. Place on parchment and sprinkle extra mini chocolate chips on top.
  7. Chill for 1 hour until firm, then serve cold.
