- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups melted milk chocolate (for coating)
Instructions
- Heat-treat flour in the oven at 350°F for 5 minutes to make it safe to eat, then cool.
- Beat butter and brown sugar until creamy, then mix in milk, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir in flour gradually until a soft dough forms, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Press dough evenly into a parchment-lined baking pan and freeze for 20 minutes.
- Cut into bars and dip each in melted milk chocolate until fully coated.
- Place on parchment and sprinkle extra mini chocolate chips on top.
- Chill for 1 hour until firm, then serve cold.
