- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup cookie butter spread
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Extra cookies for garnish
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, cookie butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into cookie butter mixture to make mousse.
- Layer crushed cookies at the bottom of cups, followed by mousse.
- Repeat layers until cups are filled.
- Top with whipped cream, cookie crumbs, and whole cookies.
- Chill at least 1 hour before serving for best texture.

- For best results, chill the parfaits for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Feel free to use any type of cookies you prefer for the crust.
